So, why don’t we agree to work together on the middle stuff, and once that’s solved, we can fight about the stuff on the sides?

THERE IS NO ‘MIDDLE’

If someone could clearly articulate what power the government has “too much” of, I’d love to know. Considering how much fucking deregulation has been enacted since the 1980s, it would seem like the government (let’s say for now this doesn’t include the police/security sector of the government) has too little power.
